Description
The second year, Bunnahabhain’s annual 12 Year Old Cask Strength is here, bottled at a robust 56.6% ABV. The expression takes inspiration from the tasting experience offered to visitors of the distillery’s Warehouse 9, where they’re able to taste whiskies drawn straight from the cask. Unpeated and well sherried, the majority of the whisky was matured in oloroso casks, with balance brought by a selection of bourbon cask matured spirit. Natural colour and without chill filtration, this is an ace opportunity to sample the single malt in its rawer form.
