Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Toasted oak, warm caramel, vanilla custard, sweet banana, brown sugar, maple, hints of dark fruit (cherry, apricot), and subtle spice.
  • Palate: Creamy caramel, rich toffee, ripe stone fruit (peach), banana bread, dark chocolate, burnt sugar, and warm baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), with a distinctive smoky barrel char.
  • Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering sweet tobacco, honey, ginger, spicy oak, molasses, and a pleasant dryness.
