A light, sweet and subtle whisky with aromas of apple, pear, honey, grains, melon, a hint of oak, floral tones (dandelions, heather), vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, a soapy tone, subtle toffee, cedar wood, a hint of mint, hint of banana and a subtle nutmeg tone.
Taste
A sweet, slightly herbal and watery whisky with aromas of subtle pepper, honey, caramel, toffee, ginger, icing sugar, maple syrup, red apple, pear, watermelon, nutmeg, grains, malt, vanilla, sponge cake, hint of licorice root, fennel seeds, allspice and subtle oak.
Finish
A short, sweet and slightly drying finish with aromas of honey, caramel, hint of cinnamon, floral tones, subtle spices, hint of tannins and subtle oak.
