Description

Pink 47 is a fine London Dry gin made from Italian juniper berries. It includes some exotic botanicals too with two different types of angelica and two different corianders. Lavish. There’s also Spanish citrus fruits and almonds and a touch of West African nutmeg. One of a selection of tasty drinks released as part of the Diamond Spirits Range.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lots of herbs, and fairly crisp. Citrus, and juniper is quite floral in style but quite pronounced.

Palate: The juniper leads on this one but there is a lot more going on. The botanicals are finely balanced and clean, with that citric element providing a fresh note.

Finish: Short, clear and dry.
