An independently bottled 21 year old single malt from the Glenrothes distillery, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks laid down in February 1997. After 21 years of quiet maturation, the whisky was bottled in February 2018 by Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Tasting Note
Nose: Iced buns, hazelnut spread and white grape.
Palate: Caramelised dates, runny honey and a pinch of smoked paprika.
Finish: Fruity rum and menthol.
