Feast your eyes upon the third release in Teeling’s Brabazon Series! For this edition, the Teeling team has worked with a family-owned winery in Jerez that dates back to the 18th century and specialises in Pedro Ximenez grapes. This 14 year old Irish single malt whiskey has been finished in the winery’s Pedro Ximenez casks, imparting big ol’ scoops of chocolate, fig and festive spice notes.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruitcake and plum pudding, with a good dollop of brandy butter.

Palate: Orchard fruit drenched in toffee, dark chocolate shavings, clove, fig and nutmeg.

Finish: A soft hint of toasted brown sugar, before another wave of stewed berries and cinnamon.
