A fabulous Irish blend of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey. After being triple distilled, the Irishman Founder’s Reserve is aged in bourbon casks. Bernard Walsh, you should be proud!

Tasting Note

Nose: Peach Campino sweeties (they also made the strawberries and cream sweets), apples and a soft, spicy hint of white pepper.

Palate: Plenty rich with a glorious mouth-feel. More ripe fruits, paired with vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish: Very long.

Overall: Well rounded, finely balance.
