The Chugoku Jozo Distillery is located not far from Hiroshima.
Liqueurs, sake and shochu (the traditional brandy of Japan) have been produced there since 1918.
In 1990, Chugoku Jozo decided to produce whisky for the first time.
The master blender takes extreme care in selecting the blends of grains used.
This Togouchi is a blend of whiskies which have all received a finish in the in-house sake barrels.

Nose: Malty, vanilla, green apples.
Taste: Complex, delicate, of light fruits, oak aromas.
Finish: Long lasting, after malt and spices.
